As any good mom, I only give my kids the healthiest, most organic, whole foods I can get my hands on. No preservatives here, uh uh. We only condone good things for our bodies - limited sugars refined or otherwise. Lots of green veggies and few evil carbs. We also never watch tv and spend most days outside playing rain or shine.
Yeah. I'm a liar. So what? This liar and her kids had the yummiest Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip and Banana Burritos ever for lunch. I was a cool mom for about ten seconds. Until I told Tyler he couldn't watch Spy Kids. I know. I am soooo mean.
Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip and Banana Burritos
The ingredient list should be fairly obvious so I'll just go straight into the how-to (which also should be fairly obvious, but it is Monday, so I'll help ya'll out).
Lay a tortilla in a frying pan over low heat and cover with chocolate chips. Cover with the lids for abour 45 seconds until chips get soft, but aren't melted. Remove Tortilla from heat and smear peanut butter over the chips, which will be a gooey mess, much to the delight of your children (or husbands). Slice banana over the top of gooey mess and wrap like a burrito.
(BTW, I am still working on the sewing. It is a lot hard to pin patterns with kids crawling all over you and your fabric than I thought. We'll get there.)
