Have you missed me?

Our computers were on the fritz and then my camera was on the fritz so posting was near impossible for a bit. But I am back!

I am pretty much in full mode Christmas these days. I posted a holiday ornament tutorial on Handmade Parade earlier and there are more to come! Tonight we had some friends over and after spending a ridiculous amount of time playing with Mr. Potato Heads with Monkey (three adults and one kid) we busted out paint and glass ornaments and decorated for hours. We now ha ve plans to make more tomorrow night! (Amanda if you are free tomorrow night, call me and you can come too !)

Our laptop died on us and the pics I had uploaded for use in upcoming posts are also dead - for the time being. I'll be re-posting pictures from the old blogger blog till we get fixed up.

It's time to start making these pretties into Christmas ornaments! (In my book anyway!)

This is the hardware store near our house. Our area has about four indie owned hardware stores and all are really cool. This one has a small army of 50 year old(ish) guys who hang out in the front of the store and ask to help you the moment you walk in. I like it because these guys don't treat you like a home improvement idiot (even if you are) like the shmucks at Home Depot do.
