Well. I just keep dropping off the face of the earth don't I? Three kids, preschool, commitments of all types (fun and otherwise) and the loss of one camera and a camera battery have left me reeling a bit. October begins a truly nutty time for us with birthdays in Oct, Nov and Jan and the holidays. It's the time of year that kills our budget and sucks the time right out of our lives. Not always in a bad way, but last night when I went to sleep it was October 15th and this morning it was Dec 4. What gives?
Christmas planning and making is in full swing. We have been a constant flurry of activity and glitter and glue. I don't think I have ever been as productive or made such cool stuff before. But whatta you know, I can't find one of my cameras and the battery charger for my Cannon is MIA. The last time I had both was when I was visiting my brother in San Diego and well, his house is more of a bermuda triangle than mine, so I guess I need to order a new charger. Boo hiss. I want to buy cute clothes or glitter or fabric, not new chargers!
What burns me up more than anything is that Sonya knit Charlotte the cutest little baby sweater ever and I can't take a dang picture for her! (Sonya, a million thanks! My baby looKs simply adorable in the softest cuddliest sweater EVER.) She told me that the colorway was called Little Lovely and it is absolutely the perfect shades of pink for my wee one. Whenever the baby wears it i get untold amounts of complements on her cuteness. She's pretty cute, but that sweater takes her to a whole new level of cute.
ps for the forseable future I'll be recycling pics with posts. it took me two weeks to give myself permission that it was ok to do that as a blogger, so comment and tell me how great all the pictures are, even if you saw it here a year or two ago.
